To optimize the objective of learning and to sustain skills, the NABPOP certification is a cycle of testing and re-testing. The BPO Certification is a process of on-line testing, receiving testing feedback at the end of each test, studying the BPO education section using the review as a guide, and then re-testing until certified. Members go through this process when they wish to become certified, raise their certification score, update their certification date, and to annually re-certify.
