BPOSG - BPO Standards and Guidelines Survey
The BPO Standards Board (BSB) is now taking feedback and input from the BPO industry at large for BPOSG version 4. The survey is open to end consumers of BPOs (banks, lenders, loan servicers et al), brokers and sales agents (BPO Practitioners), and BPO and REO companies (companies that provide BPOs). The BSB will receive and compile the feedback and input from all submitted surveys. This feedback and input provides a wide array of insights and knowledge that serves as a starting point for the BSB to update, revise, and refine BPOSG. The BSB will utilize the compiled results of the surveys to evaluate and determine BPOSG applicability, relevance, and to revise BPOSG as needed.
The preferred method for the BSB to receive feedback is delivered via e-mail on a marked up copy of the current version of BPOSG. The current version is essentially the draft of the next version. There are 3 base documents that are saved in "review" mode. Simply provide comments within the documents. If your software does not support "review" mode (which clearly shows changes as you make them), change the color of lettering to red. The BSB will also accept input via fax or mail if you prefer to make hand written suggestions.
The deadline to provide feedback is May 3, 2010. If you have reviewed the documents and have no input or agree that BPOSG is relevant and applicable as written, please indicate such by e-mailing the BSB (see below for e-mail address). This is validation feedback.
