Description: The BPO Certification Course is a course that teaches the proper technique and procedures to perform Broker Price Opinions, to become NABPOP certified to perform BPOs, and to receive continuing education credit.

Identification Verification: • The student must enter their Real Estate License# into their NABPOP profile for each state they hold a license in and wish to receive CE credit. • The student must provide a digital signature and license# for a Statement of Student Compliance verifying that the registered student is the person taking the course. The student must also sign a digital verification prior to taking the final exam.

Course Fee: $15.00
Refund Policy: A course refund is available minus a $9 processing fee. The student can request a refund within 1 week of registering and paying for the course. A refund is not available once the student has started the final exam and/or after 1 week of registering. A refund check will be mailed to the address on file within 2 weeks of requesting the refund.
Textbooks: All course materials are delivered online. There are some documents that can be downloaded and printed as desired by the student.
